Gábor Boér and András Horváth shared their thoughts on the league match, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Gábor Boér:
“Looking at the match as a whole, I feel that we missed out on a victory; we were close to getting three points. Once again, we started badly, playing inaccurately in the first ten minutes: Ajka had a dangerous corner after a minute and a half, then we conceded a goal in the fourth minute, after which we had to come up with a new game plan. We responded well to this, and after the initial shock, we started playing football. Our opponents gave up their territory, we had a lot of possession, and we created dangerous situations, but our finishing wasn't good enough, and we need to improve in this area. The substitutions at half-time worked well, and those we expected to bring quality to the pitch were able to do so. We had a lot of possession in the second half as well, and although our opponents were dangerous on the counterattack, we controlled the game. We created several chances that we should have finished better, and we had a 100% chance in extra time. I'm glad that the team reacted well to the situation at the beginning of the match and we managed to make mental progress, but I'm disappointed that we missed out on the win. Hats off to our fans, who were first-class again today, which helps us a lot. They pushed the team from the first minute to the last, and even when we fell behind, they didn't say a bad word. We thank them for standing behind the team in such numbers and with such quality.

András Horváth:
“After last week's fiasco, I saw a completely different team today. We wanted to get our act together and see a determined team with a good attitude on the pitch. We took the lead early on, which took our opponents a little by surprise. Then we deliberately gave up some ground, but Videoton couldn't create any real chances. In the second half, our opponents put a little more pressure on us, but in the middle of the half we had some scoring opportunities that we should have finished better. They equalized from an unlucky situation, after which the match was open, and Videoton had a good chance at the end, but they missed it. I saw a big improvement in the team's performance."
