We asked our defender, who played for Csákvár for the past three years, what kind of match he expects on Sunday against his former team.
"We were left with a feeling of disappointment after our match against Ajka, because we should have won that game. Looking at the match as a whole, I think we managed to outplay our opponents, but that alone does not earn us three points. We will analyze that game and try to correct our mistakes. It's a cliché, but there are no easy matches in NB II, and this Sunday we have a particularly difficult match ahead of us, as Csákvár has had an excellent start to the season. With tough and more precise play than before, we have a chance against them, but to do so, everyone will have to give their all on the pitch. Anyone who has been following the summer player transfers knows that our opponents on Sunday have a strong squad and that their professional work stands out from the rest of NB II, which I have personally experienced in Csákvár in recent years. We want to break our opponents' momentum, we have to dominate at home, and our goal can only be to keep the three points at home. So far this season, our fans deserve the most praise, because they created a great atmosphere in the stands against Honvéd and Ajka. We all feel that the fans are behind us, even though we didn't achieve the result we wanted in the home opener.
