Gábor Boér and Csaba Pintér shared their thoughts on our league match against Tiszakécske, which ended in a 5-0 victory for Vidi.
Gábor Boér:
"I would like to congratulate the team on today's performance, as well as the youth coaches and managers. The young players put in a very serious performance today. Dani Nagy contributed to the success with a goal and an assist in his debut, and the team is also doing well in the U19 championship, so I would like to congratulate them in particular. I could sense that the boys were playing with confidence after last week's victory, and I could feel their freedom throughout the week's work. We knew it would be a difficult, long process to become a team, but I could see from the week's work that the team was getting into better and better shape. A lot of players joined us at the end of the transfer window, and it takes time to become a team, but we have very good quality players and they form a very good group. We have 33 players, yet there are no cliques in the dressing room, and they work for each other all week long. From the start, we tried to impose our will on Tiszakécske, and in addition to the five goals, we had many chances, and I felt that the qualities of our players were finally coming to the fore. I am also very happy with the performance of our young players."

Csaba Pintér:
"We're not in an easy position after a 5-0 defeat like this. We started both halves badly, conceding a quick goal from a set piece in the first half, and just as we were starting to get back into the game, we conceded another goal out of nowhere. That's how we went into the break, and then almost immediately after the restart, we conceded a third, which decided the match. After that, it would have been very difficult psychologically to get back on our feet. I tried to freshen things up with substitutions, change the team's structure, and correct the wrong decisions, but unfortunately, we couldn't get back into the game. At the same time, I think the result is a little unrealistic; I don't think there is such a big difference between the two teams."
