16-year-old János Dubecz and 17-year-old Zoltán Nagy have also signed their first professional contracts with our club.
We have signed professional contracts with two more talented players from our own youth academy: János Dubecz and Zoltán Nagy have both signed their first contracts as players for Videoton FC Fehérvár.
János Dubecz was born on 26th March 2009, and has been playing for Vidi since the summer of 2022. He has played for our U14, U15, U16 and U17 teams, and last season he made 15 starts for our U17 team in the Premier League. His father, János Dubecz, scored four goals in 94 league games for Videoton between 1990 and 1995.
"Signing a professional contract at the age of 16 is a huge honor and a huge step in my life. It means a lot to me because my dad also grew up here and became a professional player. I would like to thank all my coaches who have ever worked with me, especially my first club, Mészöly Focisuli, where I gained a lot of experience and a very strong foundation, and Videoton, where they help me improve and become a better player every day. I would also like to thank my parents, who have always stood by me and supported me, even during the difficult times. Last year, I had the opportunity to join the senior team's training sessions, and I recently received an invitation to join the national team. My goal is to make the most of these opportunities and become a regular member of the U19 squad. I am grateful for the trust the club has placed in me, and I will do my best to earn it in every training session and every minute of every game," János Dubecz told our website after signing the contract.

Zoltán Nagy was born on April 2, 2008, and arrived in Székesfehérvár in the summer of 2023. He has played for our U16, U17, and U19 teams, appearing in 21 games in the U17 Premier League last season and playing two league games for our U19 team.
"I am delighted to have signed my first professional contract with such a historic and successful club. My goal is to make my debut for the first team in the near future and to help the team with my performances. First and foremost, I would like to thank my parents and family for their support, as well as all the coaches who have helped and continue to help me in my career. I would also like to highlight the coaching staff at Videoton's youth academy, who work hard to create the best conditions for development so that as many young players as possible get a chance to play senior football," Zoltán Nagy told our website.
